It's Chip, who is not as annoying as people make him out to be. He is annoying, just not as bad as characters I had to grow up with in the 80s like Scrappy-Doo, Wheelie, Uni, or Slimer. Chip really isn't all that bad. I just want to know how he has amnesia, yet can inform me of my controls in the game. What sense does that make.
